Gail Lyons-Roberts
Board President
CEO, Ruach Healthy Creations in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Gail is an advocate for Healthy Living directed by the power of God as she navigated an undiagnosed illness. She has dedicated the last 20 years to researching and identifying natural alternatives to toxic-laden products. Her goal is to encourage others to adopt healthy lifestyles, thereby building healthy communities, in a healthy environment. She has currently developed skin and hair care products which are natural, toxic free and non-GMO. She is actively engaged in educating individuals and communities on the benefits of implementing healthy living concepts.

Previously, Gail worked as the Director for School Readiness, Behavior Analyst, Family support Specialist, Certified Personal Financial Counselor, and Educator.
​
Her past experiences translate into the skillset necessary to help others identify their health needs, set attainable goals and implement the necessary strategies into their daily routines and lifestyles.
She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Accounting, a Master’s Degree in Human Relations and a Master’s in Education.

Tawnya Kitt
Tawnya was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended Eastern Kentucky University, but after a head-on collision with college algebra, she joined the Air Force. Two years later she met and married Antonio Kitt who changed everything!
Tawnya is a mentor and teacher with Fresh Hope, a ministry serving single moms who are struggling to make positive life changes. She is the Executive Director of Choices Medical Clinic, a Christ-centered ministry and since their doors opened in 1999, they strive to educate, encourage and empower women who are facing one of the most important decisions of their life…how to deal with an unexpected/unwanted pregnancy. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and proud Air Force veteran. But most importantly she loves the Lord with all her heart.

Renee Lipscomb
Renee holds a Master of Arts in Human Relations. She currently is the JHL Support Services Director of Human Capital/HR Program consultant/advisor in various aspects of human resource management to include, Classification, Marketing, Recruiting, Education and Training, Manpower, Assignments, Transition, Career Counseling, Teambuilding, and Policy Development.

Renee is an Air Force Veteran of over 30 years and served in various capacities (Senior Enlisted Personnel Superintendent, Program Manager, Liaison to the Command’s Chief of Staff; Budget/Resource Manager of a multi-million dollar operations budget, and as the command’s personnel advisor for the Langley AFB Wing Evaluation Inspections Team, which included writing and executing detailed war operations for potential ‘real-world’ contingencies). Her duties incorporated a full spectrum of support programs in manpower management, program advisor, classification, education/training, sustainment services, career consultant, airman and family services, total force development and community relations.

Renee was a Legal Administrative/Outreach Specialist with the Served as Veterans Benefits Administration and duties included serving the Southern Nevada Veteran Community, benefits liaison with various agencies for Rural, Homeless, Women, Minority, Native American, Elderly, all War Era Veterans and dependents. She has a broad knowledge of state laws and federal programs.
Throughout her military and civilian career, her people management experience made her a key leader in diversity, employee placement, classification, accountability, policy enforcement/development, public safety.

Virginia Matthews
Virginia holds a BA in Business Administration and an AA in Music. She currently serves as the Wedding Coordinator for Langley AFB Chapels and is an Event Planner for all occasions. She has a strong background in leadership and has faithfully served as President of the Protestant Women of the Chapel Women’s Ministry at Langley Air Force Base and Fort Lewis Army Base.

Her dedication to service extends to her work as a CASA/GAL for children in Washington State, where she has received statewide recognition and awards. She retired from corporate America after a 25-year career as an administrative professional to CEOS, CFOs, and COOs in corrugated manufacturing.
Virginia now devotes her time to her passions: music, creativity, and serving the people of God.
