Motivational Speaking

       TSI's Motivational

When God tells you to do something, do it!
I read in my favorite book, "Obedience is better than sacrifice."

CMSgt Noel grew up in Elyria, OH, and entered the Air Force in June 1985. During her military tenure, she served five years as the Deputy Director of the Hickam Air Force Base Airman and Family Readiness Center. In 2007, she re-experienced a 40-year childhood traumatic event and wrote her first novel, 7 Days in the Fire. Helen published in 2008 and opted retirement in 2009 to pursue her first love of motivational speaking. Her desire is to educate people about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and to promote resiliency and healing by capturing the audience’s attention through “talking story”, a Hawaiian term used for conversing. In 2010, she discovered her family’s presumed involvement in a study conducted by the United States Public Health Service and is diligently pursuing justice through a presidential apology and investigation. In 2013, she unselfishly donated a kidney to her brother, a victim of the Camp Lejeune Water Contamination. In 2015, she devised a PTSD resilience presentation for DoD personnel and has shared it on military installations with rave reviews. In addition to writing, her passions include spending quality time with family, gardening, reading, mentoring, and genealogy. She’s laboring over several books: “24/7/365, A Military Spouses Manna’, ’It is Written: Am I My Brother’s Keeper? Yes, I Am!’, and a documentary, ‘Generational Trauma, an American Family’s ‘Post-Traumatic’ Love Story.” She is married to Irwin Noel, Senior Master Sergeant (Retired) US Air Force. They have two sons, Tyrell and Tavaris.  And as of Jun 2023, they added a beautiful doll-in-love, Andrea, Ty's wife to the family.
